antidote question
I'm confused as to when I can drink coffee or use mint, etc. Is it to be avoided just within the time of taking the remedy or permanently? For example, if I avoid both around a couple hours before/after taking remedy is that adequate? Or, can these still antidote the following day? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It might depend on your reason for taking remedies.
In my own personal experience, I have to always avoid things that will antidote the remedies.
Remedies in my situation, work 24 hours a day and will stop working if I use mint, sausage, aromatherapy, etc. I just avoid the stuff and the remedy goes back to working again.
If you find that the remedy does not return to working, you may just need to repeat it again.
You will have to learn to pay attention and learn to how things work for you
