you are going through the healing crisis.. which could be some aggravation of some symptoms.

dont worry, things would be alright once the aggravation is over.

you can take alfalfa as suggested... but let me tell you this is a fat builder and long intake of alfalfa would help you to add weight.

so,stop taking it as soon as you see there is unwanted weight gain.

please dont take alfalfa if you are already gaining weight.

i would advise, you take sepia 200c first and note the changes before taking such a high potency.

if you are healthy and gaining weight, its probably because of your life style and eating habbits, which you need to change.

if the weight gain is because of some hormonal problem, it can be corrected by suitable remedy.

was it helping you in all other symptoms?

dosage is ok but if you feel this is increasing your appetite abnormally, you may talk to your homeopath for a change in potency.

if you are going through severe aggravation after taking a single dose of SEPIA 200C, i must say you are more sensitive than others and in future you should remember that.

you should not take any remedy beyond 30c potency.

try sniffing camphor for some time every 4 hours to reduce the aggravation... if at all.

SEPIA 30C three doses on a day and watch changes.

if she responds, you can give her one dose of SEPIA 200C every three to four days.

For anyone experiencing menopause symptoms there's a soy based drug trial which may hold the secret to treating debilitating menopause symptoms such as hot flushes.

What's interesting is that many woman consume soy products in the hope of overcoming these symptoms, but in actual fact only 20% of the Australian population have the enzyme necessary to properly absorb the benefits of soy.
In comparison, about 80% of Asian populations have the enzyme, which accounts for the lower rates of menopause symptoms in Asian populations.
This means that in most cases of Australian women, drinking or eating soy products may not actually be providing the promised health benefits.

The drug basically extracts the positive benefits of soy and bypasses the lack of the necessary enzyme in most Australian women to take affect in relieving menopause symptoms.

It is currently being trialled in leading hospitals throughout NSW, SA, and VIC so for more info go to the blogspot page titled 'menopauseclinicaltrial' or call 1800 236 350.
