bedwetting in 5 year old boy
hi everyone,i would like to get some advice regarding my 5.5 year old son and bedwetting.
he had a normal birth and he is generally a happy child. he is sensitive though but getting very chatty these days. he is healthy and active playing basketball, sports and happy at school.
he is fine during the day with the toilet etc. he uses the toilet at 7.30 before bed. we wake him up at 10.30 again and he uses the toilet. we limit water at dinnertime and there is no milk with dinner as well.
he is restless in his sleep and restless in bed while lying down to sleep. but he goes to sleep quickly.
often he goes for days without wetting the bed if we follow the system but then he goes through bad periods where he wets the bad sometimes everyday or every other day. he definitely wets the bed between 2-6 in the early morning. and only once. sleeps through it and only realises when we wake him up in the morning.
from a baby he has been difficult to wake up from sleep.
he also has dry skin with occassional patches and itchiness . often i massage his skin with almond oil but he still has dry skin.
it is winter here in hong kong so i suppose the skin is drier these days.
i would appreciate any advise to help him. could u please tell me the remedy, potency dosage. and exactly how many pills are in one dose?
thanks to everyone in advance.
with huge expectations

hi Dr mahfooz,
i tried it for 3 days early morning. the first day we tried without the diaper and he wet the bed when i went in to check on him at 2.00 am. We had taken him to the toilet as normal at 10.30 every day. any other suggestions? should we try again?
thanks
