6 year old boy bedwetting

My 6 year old is still bedwetting. He was dry from 18 months until 28 months and then he had a bad fall, and was in the hospital for 4 days. He is generally healthy, had a real high fever when he was 2 1/2 with fever blisters and diarrhea, and again at 3 and has been pretty good since. He does have smelly breath I find in the morning and sometimes even lingers until lunch time. He is a great eater, although I really have to get him to drink, as he is not thirsty often. He is quite mild mannered most often but does get quite angry if his sisters wreck his farm set up or such. He is a back sleeper, and grinds his teeth at night. My brother in law wet until he was 13 and I had a nephew who wet until 13, another nephew until 6, another nephew until 8 and one his age still wetting. Most of my fathers brothers wet until they were 8-13, but that aside I still wouldn't mind trying something! Everyone says he'll grow out of it, I just want to help it a little faster!
