Digestion

Doctors,I used to commit masturbation excessively and that has given rise to many problems.I was prescribed medicines on this forum by respected doctors.one of them is Dr.J.K.Mohla.He administered two medicines viz. China and Acid Phos.After taking these my weaknesses have relived to some extent though not fully.But the main problem which I am facing is of digestion and irregular bowel.Bowels do not get cleared in totality.For that the abdomen swells and gives me a pot bellied look.Severity of the disease is so much that chinning pain reaches my scortum also.There is pain in Buttocks,lower back,pelvic region.I feel relieved when My bowel passes in bulk.According to Ayurveda I know that I have 'Vata dosha' that all these have happened due to my evil habit.These bowel problem gives me many complications like I do not get healthy ,muscular and have no strength though I eat good,nutritious food.I gasp and have short breathes.I yawn and and that time eyes get filled with water.All my problems are due to weak digestion and metabolism.If these get cured I know that I will be relieved of all complications.but I don't know how to get well and I request you doctors to get me out of this situation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please try Nux-Vomica-30 (3 drops after meal thrice a day) for a week and report. No other medicine please.
