Hmm.. can you describe the modalities of the headache ?
What is the location , what makes it worse , what makes it better.. what time of the day does it appear..or anything else which you might have noticed ?

He says the headache is across his forehead and worse with motion and noise. He feels better staying still.
He is running a slight fever so I'm thinking maybe he might have a virus.
He is eating in small amounts.
Thank you again...

Hmm.. give him 3 doses of Bryonia Alba 30c equally spaced on a single day.
1 dose = 1 teaspoon.
Report in 2 days.

Use 2 drops in 250 ml if you get liquid dilution, and 2 pellets in 250 ml if you get pellets.
1 teaspoon from the 250 ml is the dose.

Hello Sameer,
He feels better today...no headache. Should I still give him the remedy...I did buy the pellets.

Hi Sameer,
Just checking in. My son had a few small nosebleeds last week.
Four out of six of us have had a cold this past week and tonite it seems like he got it too. He had a stuffy nose and a slight cough.
He did not have the headaches anymore so I never gave him the bryonia alba.
Is there anything you give to shorten the duration of a cold?
Talk to you soon...

Can you tell me when is the cough worse, and is there anything which makes it better ?
Any particular pattern to the nose bleeds ?

Hi,
His cough I believe is from the cold. It was slight last nite when he was trying to sleep. Today he woke up and has a terrible stuffy nose, puffy eyes but no real cough.
I kept him home from school and hope he feels well enough to go tomorrow.
The nose bleeds were sporadic. I just remember he had about 3 in two days. Sometimes, like I have said previously, he gets hit with a ball and then some time later, he gets the nosebleed. Then it could happen a few more times before it passes.
Can I do anything to relieve the head cold?

Hello Sameer,
My son is doing well. He had a very slight nose bleed two nites ago at about 2AM. Could you explain to me why that happens?
Also, could you help me with a couple of other things if you can.
I have a 12 year old daughter that has a lot of anxiety. She gets easily overwhelmed with school work and then starts to wash her hands over and over. Last week she slept walked into my room talking about the homework that was due the next day.
She is a petite, happy girl. She has lots of friends. She has medium brown hair with hazel eyes.'
She has a fear of getting sick. She does not like to go anywhere where she thinks she might be in contact with germs that might make her sick.
As far as me, I have an age spot on my right cheek that I have tried to get rid of over and over again but it never leaves. Any suggestions?
Thank you and look forward to your reply.

Hello Franki,
Did you give the Bryonia to your son ?
About your daughter, please answer these questions:
Does she tend to be be proper and very concerned about the opinion of others ?
Is she often anxious and overly responsible ?
Does she have great insecurity which causes anxiety and caution in any dangerous situation ?
Does she pay abnormal attention to your responsibilities, for example she double checks the mother about directions to their destination ?
Does she also have great concern for the parent's health ?
Does her anxiety prompt truly compulsive school work which may even extend to obsessive behavior ? Any perfectionist tendencies ?
Does she have a DESIRE TO REMAIN IN CONTROL AT ALL TIMES ?
Is she often thirsty for small sips of water ?

Hi,
I did not give the bryonia because he was almost all better by the next day.
My daughter is ALWAYS taking small sips of water. Especially before she goes to bed at night. She always comes down to have that sip and say goodnite ONE MORE TIME.
She is actually kind of irresponsible. She is disorganized and messy. She leaves books, shoes, jewelry all over the house and then can not find them. Her father and I are always telling her to pick up after herself.
She does check to see if I unplugged things before we leave the house. Our next door neighbor's had a fire not long ago so now she is afraid of fire.
I know that she is concerned when I am sick. She doesn't seem overly concerned though.
She doodles all over her notebooks and papers to the point that it looks terrible. She will detach a cover from a book from bending it too much.
I just noticed that recently she has been washing her hands a lot again. She started a new school and the work load has been a lot for her. (She is an average/sometimes below average student).
I will be waiting to hear from you.

Tell me more about her symptoms. Maybe you can observe her more, and list some more symptoms.
There are indications for Arsenic Album here but I still want to make sure before we give it to her.

Fears, habits , causes of anxiety, any negative feelings like jealousy, how sensitive is she, food cravings, temperature/weather preferences and major or recurrent diseases suffered since childhood

Hi Sameer,
From what I can observe and remember, she is always anxious when I go out without her. If she is with a friend or in school, she is fine, otherwise she gets very upset, sometimes cries.
Also, her mouth gets very itchy if she eats apples, strawberries, plums and most other fruits.
Mostly what she CAN eat are bananas, oranges, grapes and blueberries.
Her teachers have told me that she lacks confidence. I find this to be true when it comes to school.
If i think of anything else, I will post.

Tell me , does she share her favorite objects generously ? Or is she possessive about them ?
Is she chilly often ?
Is she chilly often ?
sameervermani last decade
She really does not have any favorite objects. She will share anything on a regular basis. And she is not often chilly or cold.
As a child, she was a thumb-sucker and had a blanket that she carried with her everywhere. She also does not like to sleep in her own room. She will often camp out in her brother's room so that she does not have to sleep alone.
She also waits until the last minute to get things done. She is very stubborn.

Okay, franki, I am pretty certain the remedy is Arsenic, you can still keep adding stuff which might confirm it even more.
Tell me more about her food cravings if any ? Any foods she is averse to ?
So, can we say she is a very insecure girl in general ? And, most of the insecurities are related to her health and being alone ?

Yes, Sameer, I would say that is true. She is fearful of getting sick, of being without me mostly, and a lack of confidence in her school studies.
She does not like eggs. She does enjoy red meat (which we do not eat regularly). I already told you about the fruits that give her a reaction. She often complains about how much she would like to have an apple but it makes her itchy.
Again, she is very comfortable with her friends and she has many of them. She is easy to get along with.
She is just repetitive in certain things that she does for example the hand washing and the waiting for the last minute from studying for tests to getting out of bed to get ready for school or church.
I hope this information helps.
