weight 77 kg
blood sugar level in fasting 250.
cholestrol level is also high but so far im only taking medicine for cholestrol'.but i have totallly stopped sugary products , rice ,potatoes .im taking half a teaspoon of cinnemon powder daily .plz help me wht should i do next.i read abt arnica 30 and cinnemon combination in ur forums .so can i also start that as im already taking cinnemon powder .i willbe waiting for ur kind reply thx

please give some more details of your other ailments or symptoms such as how is you apptitle?Bowel movement?
Thirst?
family history regarding diabtese?
any other information would like to share us?

actually my mum is diabetic and father have high cholestrol . i was drinking water alot but now i drink normally .i also lost some weight and now my weight is stable .but the doctor told me to have a blood test in fasting and she confirmed its diabetes .bowel movement is fine .i also had some work and family tension so it can be the case which raised my blood sugar level ? i eat a normal diet with lots of fruit and vegetables . plz tell me wht to do im realy worried as i dont want to start allopathy medicine .i can control my diet and will take homoepathy medicine .i usually come home very late and mmost of my time in office is siting on the computer and doing work .plz plz help me .which medicine do u suggest as im already takin a clove of garlic and cinnemon powder half a teaspon daily .waitin for r reply ..thx

Please start SYZYGIUM JAMBOLANUM-Q (15 drops before meal morning and evening) also please check your sugar level from time to time and adjust iit as per your requirement. Initially use it for 2/3 days and report.

dr mahfooz just to clear one thing is that this medicine SYZYGIUM JAMBOLANUM-Q will help to lower blood sugar level .as i read abt this medicine that it helps to increase blood sugar level .plz can u make it clear .as mine blood sugar level is high .thx
