-History of Asthama in Childhood (Took treatnemt and cured)
One or Both Nostrils Blocked most of the time thought the day
and i use XYNOSINE (Xylometazoline) Nasal Spray most of the time
throught the day which has caused me Photophobia(Xynosine's Side effect)
I have been using Xynosine since 7 years.
- Problems Currently Faced
As i studied some medical books i came to know that Xynosine has some
severe side effects which mathes my current medical problems, i quitted
the nasal spray immediately.
My current problems and fears are:
High B.P. , Difficulty in Breathing and High Pulse Rate while at rest
or trying to sleep with no Physical Exertion.
Fear from height - I feel drowsy while i climb some height and i frequently
see this situation in my dreams that i am climbing some height and i fall
from it , this is happening with incereasing frequency.
Current Physical Condition:
Rest I am healthy and somewhat over-weight. I take a healthy diet and have
no reported illness , sometimes i just feel thirst more than usual. My nostrils
are most of the time blocked so i have difficulty in breathing while I am
at sleep. I have started to take STEAM and it has helped me a alot in clearing
my air paths.
I am not taking any regular medicine, just ZYRTEC (Anti-Allergant) sometimes
before sleeping if u have severe feeling that my nostrils are blocked and
I am feeling uneasy.
Kindly Please Advise me some suitable Remedy.
