Depression Help

I am taking Zoloft. When I cut back even a little I become hopeless. My symptoms are, hopeless, overweight (gained about 50lbs since taking zoloft), sad, angry,I hate hot weather and heat in general I become angry in heat. I am prei-menoupasal, I have always had terrible PMS, I have nose bleeds and my fingers swell in the heat. I have always had oily skin now I am having dry skin under my left eye.

Lachasis 2ooc just one dose on a single day ( 2 pills or 1 drop in a tsp of water).Then wait for the result,update with the status after using the medicine.

I am female, 50, out of work activly looking for the past 6 months.

Depression - and weight

fatigue, lack of energy, easily fatigued
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? feeling of hopelessness and sad,not wanting to socialize or leave my house, self hatred, Lack of energy & enthusiasm

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

As if life has no meaning and It makes no difference if i live or not. That I have done something terribly wrong and will suffer. That I am disgusting, a mistake.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Underneath it all I have felt this way since I was very very young, 4 or 5 maybe. My mother told me I was all the things I feel about myself now.(my mother recently died- 3 months ago

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Evening time
7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

Aggravate: Heat, being alone, eating, tight clothing, rushing, thinking about it, pressure (being asked to make decisions)
Ameliorate:Talking to strangers, being out and about,distracting myself,

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Yes! I am Peri-menpausal and I just moved to another state far away from my home and my mother just died, oh and I was fired from a good job 6 months ago and have not been able to find another yet,
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Cold weather, hot weather makes everything mush mush worse

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am moody, suspicious, easily offended, social, blunt, friendly, private
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
excited, better

Yes!

Weeping, talking to one self etc?
No

I am single-I like my friends and family but often they (especially my family) make things worse if I talk to them when I am down, they do not know what to do and it makes things worse for me.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I dream repetedly of living in new places (houses) I also dream of being in relationships- My fears are I will always be alone and unhappy
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave, bread, cheese, hamburgers, salt & sugar (but I do not eat sugar)
13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal
14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive
15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Yes, wheat & sugar
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Less I think, sweat more at trunk I think-
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Loose and daily (but I take magnesium )
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I sleep very well except maybe 1 or 2 times a month. I sleep on my side (both, favoring my left) with my top leg bent and over.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
not really-
20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
I am excessively sensitive, I think everyone is mad at me or that I have disappointed everyone. I am very excited about possibilities then am very very disappointed when they do not turn out I go to an OVER reaction of severe depression
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I am not sure I follow this question. I did take Prozac for a month before the Zoloft, prozac made me feel really anxious and sleepy and upset my stomace, I alwo took welbutrin for one day which made me feel like I was on spped my mind racing I hated it.
22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My mother had a stroke, high colesterol (my father and nephew) Ashma (sister and nephew)
23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
(For Females)
I am tall 5'7', evenly proportioned even though over weight, 230 lbs (very over weight) light gray green eyes, light brown hair, my head is small, my hair is thick and course, pale complexion, thin skinned scars easily, I am attractive and look younger than I am.
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
They are starting to skip months here and there, they are scanty sometimes and other times very heavy (for a day or 2 at most) they are short, lasting only 3 days at most. moods are crazy beforehand, I feel hopeless and want to change everything in my life, I am very tired and can sleep for 2 solid days before a period. I cry and am very depressed. I get a lot of clots always have.

Chicken Pox
Scarlet fever (do not recall age- 5-8?)
Mumps (one side, then the other
Acne (teenager)
Recurring Bronchitis (teenager)
HPV (teenager)
gonorrhea
Chronic Fatique-Candidia

i find some contradicting and confusing statements in your answers and some generals which lead me to PULSATILLA.

mentally, you are a bit confused as to what is life all about. you alo have some imaginary fixed ideas which need to be overcome.

take a dose of PULSATILLA 10M on a single day morning in empty stomach.

no remedy for next 15 days.

come back to report your status after a fortnight.
