potency and dosageHello,
Can anyone tell me the general rule(s) about dosage and potency.
Am I right in thinking that acute illnesses, like colds and flu should be given a high potency, and chronic illnesses, like arthritis, should be given a low potency?
How often should remedies be taken?

If youre debilitated, low potencies are indicated. But chronic diseases in relatively healthy individuals can use higher potencies too. I read that Kent in his Lesser Writings said 30 to 200C are for women and children. :)
In general, I believe the potencies are of less consequence than the right remedy for the disease.
