one more symptom--I frequently imagine that my stomach has bloated. This thought stays in my mind involuntarily and it causes a sort of brain fog..I don't think i have acidity issues but sometimes out of nothing i begin to feel that my stomach has expanded and a weird feeling sets in.

Go ahead with the suggested Lyco 200 dose and let us know how you get on after that.

I had the suggested dose today. Was feeling very bad yesterday.Woke up in the morning feeling the same way..Mornings are always bad.
Took the dose in the morning before eating/brushing.Immediately felt better..Could read the newspaper better. It has been 3 hours now am feeling average. Neither good nor worst.
When compared to the previous 30C lyco dose, i would say that i felt better on that but i guess it is too early to make judgements.

Tell me , does this confusion of mind only come when you are attempting to concentrate ?

How does the description below sound ?

'While reading a book he cannot apprehend the thoughts conveyed by it, when with the greatest effort to understand them he thinks that he will not understand them; his thoughts then become confused and render him quite unable to read further; but he certainly understands all things more easily when he does not think about understanding them; in that case no accessory ideas occupy him, only the subject itself. Please take 3 doses of Graphites 30C equally spaced on a single day.

Report status 3 days after these 3 doses.

Avoid coffee, and any strong perfumes/odours during these 3 days. No eating/drinking for 45 mins on either side of each dose.

Sameer,

Am yet to start with the course u suggested.I had consulted a very well known endocrinologist with my problems since i had signs of hypothyroidism and as i had informed u earlier that thyroid tests did indicate mild hypothyroidism. My throid levels had been normal for 6 months now but there was no change in my symptoms. so i consulted a reputed endo but 1 month hence i do not feel any different..The endo had suggested that the thyroid could be cured permanently..Am tellin u this bcoz i want to keep u informed..I will get back to u shortly if i don't improve.I hav also started experimenting with ayurveda..Just tryin all branches of medicines to get cured:)
I'm deeply grateful to u for being so selfless and dedicated to my cause..I may need ur advice in a short time ahead..Also i read abt adrenal fatigue and it closely mirrored my condition.

One more symptom--I always feel normal when am very happy or very sad.
