Does it matter if the remedy is given in the morning or at bedtime?

Morning is better

Now he is confirmed asthmatic. It was a periodic dry cough at first and transformed into constant cough with phlegm. The wheezing starts off at night after he's fallen asleep. Rattling in chest. Next day, breathing hard - can see the chest sink in.

Better when propped up. Worse at night after sleep.

He's weak. Just lays there. Doesn't want to play. No appetite or thirst. Wants to drink cold apple juice only. Body feels warm but he says he's cold.

Wants to be where everyone is or wants to be with me. Likes affection despite his illness.

Since puls 30C one dose was given on June 11th, the cyst behind the right knee has dissipated ... at least it's not noticeable anymore. We have a dr. appt in July to confirm that. Don't know if it's related to the puls.

The next step should be to administer Pulsatilla 200 but let us wait till the progress has come to a complete halt.

Silicea is another remedy which should be indicated at some point.

Itching is starting to get intense at night. Eczema on the backside and legs.

dragonsaur last decade
Give him a single Pulsatilla 200c dose now.

An update. Been about 4 days since a dose of puls 200C was administered. The bedtime itching continues to be intense since then. Hives are more constant and very itchy. They are red and raised. He scratches till they become slightly gray ... almost like a bruised color. I was called by the teacher because the hives were all over his body.

Let us wait for a few days.

It just might be an aggravation, and maybe it will subside if we wait for about 3-4 more days.

Hives diminished but continue appear on various spots on the body. Not sure if I mentioned it: He has this symptom whereby hives appear when the skin is scratched or handled. Eg. if I carry him or tickle him tight, red raised patches will appear on his skin where I held tight.

Sometimes his skin looked fine but after he scratched for sometime, hives appear. Mild eczema patches appear on his cheeks now and his cheeks feel dry. This is a new symptom.

His legs continue to itch and feel dry and rough. Backside and private itch too.

Hmm.. tell me how sympathetic is he towards other's suffering. e.g. if you are hurt or sick , does he get upset ?

Does he have any fears or anxieties about anything ?

Is he thirsty for only 'small sips' of cold drinks when sick ? How is his normal thirst ?

Have you observed him being very insecure in certaing situations ?

Tell me about his vaccinations and any adverse reactions to it.

If he sees someone suffering, he will be concerned and curious. He will ask a lot of questions about why the person is suffering. He doesn't try to console the person though.

He has fears of being alone. Afraid of going to the bathroom by himself. Afraid of spiders and flying bugs. Afraid of going down a tall slide by himself. He'll go if someone goes with him.

His thirst is normal. He will drink when he's run around or during meals. When he's sick (I assume you meant a cold), I think he would not be as thirsty. I would have to remind him to drink.

Insecure in new environment. Will want someone he knows to go with him.

He had first shot of polio a few months back. Had a high fever after that. Doesn't have any other vaccines besides that.

I just noticed the area around both of his elbows - dry and some red eczema. New symptom.

I would go fully organic and put the remedy on the skin directly. I would also try working with a pH correct diet to help the child internally, rather than use drugs and chemicals. I work with Trisha Springstead R.N. who has developed a patented skin care line (US Patent #7060306) and she also has an infant to ten year old line based on this same patented formula. Try either the ESP Botanicals New Hope or ESP Botanicals New Beginnings products, or both.

Okay , tell me has there been improvement in his asthma since Puls 200c ?

You said he used to have wheezing episodes during sleep , followed by hard breathing next day ?

sameervermani last decade
He hasn't had a cold yet so I don't know if there is any improvement in his asthma.

dragonsaur last decade
Hmm.. his symptoms are pointing to Pulsatilla very much, so let us wait for a few more days.

The hives just might be his problems coming from inner levels to outer levels.

Avoid using any ointments on the skin as it will stop the curative process.

His right cheek is back to normal again. Eczema continue to be on his backside (worst), legs and elbows.

He used to have eczema on his wrists. I looked at them yesterday (haven't checked in awhile) and they are gone. Not sure when they disappeared but they had been there for a very long time.

Yesterday he had pink eye with swellings on the eyelid so I gave him apis 30C one dose.

Discovered he is allergic to maple syrup. Broke out in hives.

He cries when I scold him and would continue to be pitiful until I show him some affection or apologize.

Please give him 3 doses of Silicea 30c, and report after a week.

sameervermani last decade
I have not given him silica 30C because his skin continues to improve. The occurrence of hives is not as frequent as before. His face is smooth now. The eczema on his elbows is decreasing. His skin on his backside and below is still the same.

dragonsaur last decade
This is good news. Keep waiting.

I guess Puls has stopped working. Itch intensity is increasing again - right cheek dry, elbows itching, backside and legs. He had an allergic reaction to some foods recently. Continuous wet cough and slight wheezing. He also kept clearing his throat. At times, he would grunt really loud. Other reaction would be itchy skin.

dragonsaur last decade
Okay, it is time for 3 doses of Silicea 30c. Report in 1 week after this.

Lots of hives and itch. Eczema appearing on right cheek and elbows again. Hives very frequent on chest. Eczema on backside and legs. Scratches till bleed.

Soy sauce and salty foods make him itchy and cause hives. It's summer and his body and limbs feel warm. When I run my hands down his legs, there are lots of bumps like sand. Eczema on his backside, knees and ankles are red and dry.

dragonsaur last decade
Son would scratch and then you see hives. After lots of scratching, hives have bluish gray tint to them. Hives very frequent now. Seem to be more frequent on hot days.

dragonsaur last decade
Forgot to add that I only gave one dose of silica 30C.
