homeopathy 200c potency dosage

How much a homeopathic medicine in 200c potency can be taken on daily basis(in drops)

For adults two to three drops mixed in about two to three tablespoons of water,is a dose.

Don't take ars.alb on a daily basis.Max.three doses.

But,who prescribed Ars and what for?

i avoid the 200 - use 150c or 1m.
