Vertigo, lump in throat, fatigue

Im hoping someone can help me as im getting very depressed about how ill i feel. Ive had a lump in my throat sensation for months now. Over the last month or two Ive also developed bad dizziness when moving around or watching moving objects, its also affected by loud noises. Im severely fatigued, needing to sleep for hours through the day. I also get bad headaches in my forehead. Put all the symptoms together and im just plain miserable! Im 27, dont like being too hot or cold, prefer to be alone, dont have
