Ganglion cyst, in right wristHello, I am a 28 year old mother with a ganglion cyst in my right wrist. I am an artist, but anymore I don't seem able to hold onto a pencil. Similarly, I cannot hod a cup very well, or support any weight with this hand. I am not a vegitarian, but a stay away from preprocessed, prepared, and fast foods. I rarely drink cola, preferring juice, water, and coffee. I take vitamins and supplimets (calium, fish oil, kelp, etc) daily.
Is there anything I can take that will help me overcome this cyst?

I haven't noticed any difference in the cyst, though I imagine it may be too soon. The pain of movement does seem to have subsided, somewhat, but I am not sure if this is due the calc flour, or something else.
