psoriasis

44 years old.
psoriasis since about 25.
itchy on ears, elbows, knees &
legs; red patches with silvery patches.
not very very serious; some areas discoloured (brown) & covered by shiny plastics-like skin with no outbreaks.
Very thin built intellectual-type male; prone to chronic like respiratory problems.
compulsive & perfectionist(like tidiness, finishing all available work by the day),easily agitated /angered character.
Like fatty food (like fat pork ). Seldom drink pure water.
Now (not at time of first suffering psoriasis) persimisstic, having fear of ageing with no success & unforgettable feeling of anger of being deserted (by family members) and betrayed (by employers & friends) .
Looking for a remedy to improve. Can anyone please assist ?
