Abdominal Pain

My wife has abdominal pain for last couple of weeks. She was suffering pain on upper abdomin and lower abdomin:

Symptoms are as below:
For upper abdomin:
1. After eating (Even fruits or even drining water), she gets pain in the stomach.
2. Sometimes she get relief after vomit.

Lower abdomin:
1. After the above smypotm, she get pain evenin lower abdomin and burning sensation during urination with pain all the time in the lower abdomin and even urinating part.

All reports are fine:
1.Blood no bacterial and it's clean report
2. Urine, clean report no infection or loss of salts
3. Stool is also fine, except doctors told it could be a bowl moment and need to get colonoscopy done.

Is there any remedy for these sympotms, she is even suffering with acidity with soar throat.

Any help is greately appreciated.
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
OK, 1 dose NATRUM MURIATICUM 200c
(only 1 and no repeat){Homoeopathic RemedY}. Key is "burning pain extending down to urinating part"

KEEP in touch of NATRUM MURIATICM's response. OK?

Nux vomica 200C looks like a possibility too especially if your wife had taken a lot of pain medication.

nux-v will clear if much medicine; but something behind reason for taking medicine; must note both

what medicines she take?for what?

I agree. Nux v. is only an acute remedy, maybe only a temporary remedy. What may be going with your wife is a chronic disease.( which cant be diagnosed by the doctors yet )
