remedy for spinal stenosis

I am suffering from back pain problem for the last two months, now i am getting a lot of pain under my hip when i sits and it goes down also when i take movement.I am taking allopathic treatment for the last two months and also one week physiotherepay in between but there is no relief.During the course of treatment i took some ayurvedic remedies also but no results. Last week i took an injection of epidorial in my back and pain is still there. In MRI it shows problem in L4-L5 disturbing main nerve and compressing.Last resort as per allopathy is surgery. Suggest me treatment to avoid surgery and speedy recovery so that nerve compression is first relieved so that i start moving and do my routine job. Also can i take homeo remedies with alopthic medicines suggested by doctor. urely response will be hightly appreciated.
