Hoarse Voice
I have difficulty in speaking as if some effort is required to speak out. If I speak at length for 5-10 minutes my throat becomes dry and voice become quite hoarse. Also, many a times my tongue gets in between teeths as if loosing control on tongue somewhat. When this happens I find it very difficult to speak. Infact in one of the interactions, my throat became so dry/ hoarse/ tongue waggled and I couldn't speak or spoke jumbled, perhaps because of anxeity. After a day it was normal. There is also a feeling to clear the throat and if I cough out small flum would also come.
I have taken antibiotics, anti allergics but of no use.
All this is taking a heavy toll on my communication and also on career because at crucial presentations, even if I am fully prepared, the throat/ tongue/ voice/ thinking coordination seems to become weak.
I need to get some advise on this before I approach a homeopath...problem is that not all homeopaths have requisite understanding...
Please help me
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also, if I have to speak when there are others speaking or some noice is around, my voice is not audible or I have to literally shout to make myself heard...where exactly is the problem...is it structural (pitch etc.), is there a treatment. I will be most grateful to the forum and the ABC if someone could help me on this...
