How long should I take the medication

I am suffering with anal fissures for about two years. As an alternative medicine before going to surgery, I tried homeopathy and this tool suggested sulphur.
This worked like Magic on me and the pain is gone.
Now my question is, how long should I continue use the medicine. It is already 10 days. Please advise.
