I am searching for a homeopathic remedy for varicocele. I know it exists but it is hard to find. Please help me

There are a number of remedies - difficulty is finding the right one.
If it is due to simple physical trauma/strain then Ruta 6x twice a day for a week and wait.
Otherwise one needs to study Calc- Lyc- Puls - Merc -Sil -Sul.
Calc - loves boiled eggs
Lyc - eats little and often . tired 4oc to 6 oc
Puls - blonde/pale , dislikes rich food & wool garments
Merc - Moods up&down , mouth ulcers , lively at night.
Sil- smelly feet , stubborn,
Sul- Hot feet in bed , untidy , quick temper soon over,not much breakfast. etc,etc
