for 3 years I have anxiety(social phobia). I was using a chemical pills called effexor 75 mg and that had many side effects I stopped using them. I tried rhodiola rosea for a week It was okay but i needed something stronger than that. Because I had and have serious fears comes with panick attacks that I feel like I will lose my mind or sth. It is hard to control these feelings, you know... Whenever I am in social places I feel anxious... I am better when I am home. But I am trying not to stay home and socialize myself so I can get over the problem. I f I need to talk about my past. I was locked in a room with my sister -who had brain damage from birth and was not able to talk, she was screaming and so on- and whole day I would stay in that room.I was 3-5 years old. It went like this till I was seven. Then my parents divorced and I moved to my grandmothers house. My sister too. when we were like 15 years old my father and my grandmother decided to lock her up in a room which was behind the house. and then they put outside of that room a cage. so that my sister could nt escape. I WAS against this thing very much.. I was having discussions every day with my father and grandmo that it is wrong to lock my sister. she was othistic they said this must be like that. They would not listen to me...until last year this fought went on till my sister's death...
