Dear Sameer,
The foot is better now by itself, he didn´t want to interfere with the constitutional treatment.
He still feels good mentally, happy and positive. But it´s springtime now and the pollen has started outside. This means severe allergy symptoms (since one week) with runny nose, tiredness,pflegm, some asthma...
He has a tired expression and a bit dark and swollen under the eyes.
More frequent urination also (several times at night).
The neck has improved a bit...
Do you have any suggestion Sameer?

1) How do you feel for the 30 mins after you wake up in the morning ? Are you irritable or happy ?
2) Are you a chilly person or a warm blooded one in general ?
3) Have you ever had any of these:
Mouth ulcers
Haemorrhoids
Cracked skin at orifices like corners of the mouth
Swollen Gums
Any other complaints related to mouth (corners), nose and anus ?
4) How sympathetic are you towards other pain/suffering ?
7) How easily can you forgive ? Please tell if you accept apologies and are able to forgive or is it that even after the other person apologizes, you cannot forgive ?

2)Mostly warm-blooded, some years ago I was more chilly...but I stopped taking coffe and 'snus' (a swedish black stuff you put under your lip) and after that warmer

So you mean the hemorrhoids are worse from coming into contact with something cold ?

Also worse when eating unhealthy food...vegetables, fruit and so on reduce problems with heamorroides

Strong aversion to all forms of eggs since a baby, but in lately years he can eat them when hidden in some food.
Well, I don´s like boiled food so much , like better grilled, fried and hot and spicy a lot of lavour. Boiled food is often mild and colourless...But I can eat it when served...
Too fatty food gives me pain above solar plexus, no strong aversion against fatty food in general...just know that it´s not so good for me. I feel better when eating a lot of vegetables, fish, chicken...healthy food

15 days since the dose...
We cannot see any big change at all. Maybe he has some more energy but the difference it small if any...
Now it´s very much pollen outside and therefore his allergy problems are severe. Runny and stuffy nose, astma and a lot of mucus in throat/chest...The problems are so severe especially the astma so he must use some allopathic medicine now...He hasn´t yet but he needs to start this week...
What do you think Sameer?

Please list aggravation times/positions.. and other things which aggravate/ameliorate.

-breathing difficulty
-wheezing sound from breathing
-mucus, occasional coughing to get rid of the mucus
-stuffy nose
-itchy eyes
'Triggers' for asthma:
-the asthma started/was activated when exercising in cold weather many years ago...
-fysical exercise (must use bricanyl before)
-cold and/or damp weather
-air condition in the car for example
-never at night when asleep
-during the day
-respiratory infections, like colds

4 days after nat sulph 6c.
-he cannot see any improvement at all
-he is now very tired and pale with dark rings under eyes - low spirit again, sleeps a lot in the day...
-He feels a heaviness in the chest all the time and is not able to breethe fully, when exercising the asthma gets much worse...
-lots of sneezing and the nose is runny
I don´t think the aggravation is due to this remedy as it started before...

10 days aftger the dose.
-felt more energy for about 3-4 days but after that very, very tired again...more tired than before...
-urinated more often for some days after the dose
-no change with asthma and nose
-pain in the right shoulder, same as before the dose
-low spirit, tired expression

I know that there isn´t much information to make a decision.
I noticed this week an increased stubborn behaviour. I´ve been reading about silicea and the mental suits him well. There is a tendency to be very stubborn with some chosen subjects/topics. It´s like when he has some opinions he holds on to them very rigidly. Doesn´t listen to anyone. No flexibility...He is generally a yielding character but can be very stubborn on specific subjects and also repeat his opinions and talks about them a lot...No way you can affect/influence him...
I have seen more of this behaviour this week, very much! I don´t know if this is an aggravation...
