PCOS questions

I am 25 years old, and I have small 'grape' looking ovary cysts. I am the 7th of 11 women in my family that has PCOS. I have been on 50, 100, and now 250 MG of Clomiphene, from day 3-7. I have always leaned more toward natural cures and now that I know what is wrong and what we are working with I would like to try to regulate everything naturally. I have read a few of the PCOS posts on here, but would love to know what you would recommend for my specific case. I have had on the 50 mg a 6 on pro. levels, and on the 100 mg I had a 3. If you would like to know my insulin it will be a few days because they just today took them. Is there anything else that I need to give you?

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? I have really bad cramps and I am having trouble leveling my hormones

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
I had pre- cervical cancer remover 3 years ago. Otherwise I am healthy. I have been an athlete my whole life and only recently have stopped. I do smoke but I am trying to quit.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? For a long time I blamed myself. I thought where I had been sexually active before I was married that I had destroyed my femininity.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Before I have my menses I get extremely tired. All I do is sleep. I have very bad break outs and constipation.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I had an appendectomy when I was 16. It had ruptured and they had to do a vertical incision from my belly button to the top of my pelvic bone. I have had ultra sounds and everything appears to be ok. I am having a “flushing” of my fallopian tubes this coming Thursday to make sure I do not have a mucus buildup and/ or blockages.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? This is just before I start. The night before I become extremely tired, and yet can’t sleep. I toss and turn.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? Did you even read what was wrong? I have PCOS, of course it is biological and hereditary

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? Any day except before I start my period.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am a little bit moody, very self conscience, playful.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Fine.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? Sometimes I get migrains.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc? I bite my nails when I am nervous.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? I don’t have kids yet, that is what I am asking for help for, and I hate my mother, my sister is an egotist, and my father is amazing.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
My fear is that my hormones will never level out, I will have blockages, or something else preventing me from having children.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave spaghetti, Chinese food, cashews, orange juice. Health food mainly.

Not very well, I toss and turn a lot.
