sever back pain...need help

I am writing this for my young brother saran, who is 22 years old . when he was at the age of 19 he told to me about
----the sever pain he feels on the backside of his shoulder which spreads to neck, the pain become severe when he rides motorbike, sit infront of computer for a long time & also while driving---------.
We consulted a orthopedic surgeon. He told its a muscle sprain ,& it will be ok by giving a steroid injection on the infected part.We did as he said and got no result and he is suffering from this pain for the past 4 years
plz help us........

How to take this rhus tox 200c ? do i have to mix it with water? then how much?

In this forum i have seen threads where people telling about rhustox allergy problem, is it a serious one to care abt?
