Side Effects??

My 7 year old daughter just started taking Kidney-Tone. She has had headaches for a few weeks where she won't eat because of the pain. Since starting her on this. Within 15 minutes she gets a fever (102.7) w/chills (but she overall looks good and feels good. Not like a typical fever). 30-45 minutes later the fever is gone. So far she has only had 4 doses (she is to have 4 doses for 2 days then decrease to 2 doses a day. This is a part of this remedy? Or do we need to try something else? Her Iridology showed the kidney inflammed. Thanks. Emily

Kidney - Tone includes: agrimonia eupatoria 3x, cantharis 12x, echinacea augustifolia 1x, glutathione 5x, kidney 4x, 6x, 12x, 30x, 200x, lycopodium clavatum 12x, pareira brava 3x, petroselinum sativum 1x, renal calculi 12x, 30x, rubia tinctorum 12x, solidago vigaurea 1x, uva ursi 1x, glycerin 15%, ethanol 15%, distilled water 70%.

Stop taking kidney tone and advise of the reasons that it was prescribed in the first place.

You are poisoning your daughter.Such homeopathic combinations may bring on irreversible changes.

Pl.stop it immediately.

I contacted our ND (which is who prescribed this combo) and I told her about the symptoms. She she said that she was not drinking enough water to flush the toxins. After we started to make sure she was getting enough water the fevers immediately stopped. She has not had any fevers on the following doses. She is finally headache free and no longer has the dark bruise like circles under her eyes. Her over all appearance looks wonderful and her eyes look better too (iridology). Her Iridology showed inflammation of the adreanal and kidneys (I think that's what she said). Our ND also preforms Reiki and did so on my daughter after telling her of this problem and she started to get a runny nose and watery eyes for a day (that was yesterday) and today she is 100%+ better. I now believe that the fever was just a sign to let us know that the toxins weren't being released and were making her sick. She called me back as soon as she received my message. I love this forum though. I find lots of information here. Thanks again.

Oh I forgot to add. The only symptom she had from the Kidney-tone combo was fever.

The symptoms before the combo were: headache on the top of her head and on the back of the head. Dark bruise like circles under both eyes and not wanting to eat (because it hurt her head to sit up). The pain in her head also made her nauseaus. Her eyes had a porcelin gloss look to them with readness in the scolarea (sp?)(whites of the eyes). Other than that, no symptoms.

As of today...No symptoms and she continues on the Kidney-tone 2 times a day with additional fluid (water) intake. Her eyes look normal and she went for another electodermal screening and iridology. Much better results, though not completely corrected.
