antidote suggestion

Hello,

I am seeking a suggestion for antidoting of Rhus Tox and Lycopodium.

3-4 months back, I was suffering from strange feelings in my legs and arms and general malaise. I posted on this forum and after detailed followup one of the doctors here recommended Mag Phos and then Lyco. Subsequently we tried Rhus tox also.

Ultimately it appeared that all my symptoms were attributable to Anxiety and I did not have sciatica or Cervical.

A month or so after stopping the medicines I did start getting electric shock like sensations down my left thigh (rarely). Someone mentioned to me that this could be a 'proving' and needs to be antidoted.

Need help, if this is correct and if yes how do i antidote Lyco, Mag Phos and Rhus tox
