Need Help With Depression

I am so tired of feeling the way I have been and need some help. I'm not sure how much I'm suppose to share so I'll just lay it all out there. If more information is needed please ask away - I'll do anything to feel better.

Some History:

- Originally diagnosed with depression 6 months after having gall bladder removed (10 years ago at the age of 16)

- Struggled to stay on top of it without meds since.

- I have had 3 children in the last 3.5 years - the youngest being 2 weeks old. (I do realize that hormones have a part to play in postpartum time, but this has been going on for years.)

- Long family history of mental disorders on both sides of my family

- I have a tendency towards eating disorders

- Long history of sexual, physical, and verbal abuse

Symptoms:

- Non-confrontational introvert that can fly into a rage when 'I've had enough.'

- Don't like being in large groups of people; going out

- Overall Anxiety

- Anxious meeting new people

- Worries keep me up at night

- Unwarranted anxiety about what others think of me; insecure

- Lack serious motivation to do neccessary things like clean the house, play with my children, etc

- Find myself wanting to irrationally want to divorce my *very* loving husband

- Often feel like I want to escape

- Extremely clingy with my husband, and very protective of our family time.

- Self loathing thoughts

Additional Information:

- I come across as 'having it all together,' and no one except my husband and Mom would ever suspect I have depression. I function because I have to.

- I am a healthy weight for my height

I went back to Sepia 30c. I have read that Sepia doesn't repeat well so I thought this may be the best route to go. Sorry to ask for help again - just hoping someone is out there...
