Depression & ED/PE due to Broken Relation !!!
I'm a 45 years married man,height 5-8.weighing 88kg with a fair complexion,and soft tender nature/behaviourThough I'm a married man,yet I had a failed extra marital affair which ended three months earlier , with a girl hwo was much younger than me ,for six years.The girl has now been married to another person.
This has shocked me extra-ordinarily,and it developed suicidal intentions in my mind.I have the feeling that the girl could have done a lot for me by refusing marrying another person,,and I have a strong feeling that she has BETRAYED me ,after a long relation of six years.
Now'I'm strieving for my life to put it on the Normal routine track for the sake of my kids.I'm using VALIUM 5mg(sometimes 10mg)once or twice daily ,which is doing quite well in these days of Extreme GRIEF .keeping my emotions under control and also help me to get some sleep;But the the problem is that it has aggrevated the problem of ED,,dropping my desire to almost NIL.
One more important point to be noted here is that; I SELDOM ENJOY SEX WITH MY WIFE right from DAY-1(married 15 years ago) ..it is almost pleasureless for unknown reasons,,and I presume that it was this reason which dragged me to fell in an extra marital relation with another girl,with whome I had a very satisfying relation
All doctors are requested to kindly priscribe the treatment which is able to treat my Depression & ED/PE simultaneously ,and help me put back on the NORMAL Life FOR THE SAKE OF MY KIDS.
I have tired Ignitia amara 30c once or twice daily for several days with negligible success.

Since you asked for my comments, I would give my honest opinion :
a) We never repeat the same potency 'every week', especially high potencies, as vital force does not receive repetition of doses of 'same high dynamization' well.
b)There is no need to open this case with 1M, especially treating someone online where a patient is being told to 'try' a remedy, and the remedy choice is not 100% clear.
c) Even in case the remedy was absolutely clear, there is no way to know how sensitive a patient is to remedies, and mechanically repeated doses of a high potency can result in bad accessory symptoms, where you can start to develop symptoms belonging to the remedy proving.
Whichever medicine you decide to try, I would not recommend starting above 30c for the above reasons, and at maximum a TOTAL of 3 doses to be taken on the same day.
Regarding the choice of remedy, you will read remedies and think your case 'seems' to be more inclined towards something, but there is much more to it. e.g. The choice of a remedy can at times be solely based on the predominant feeling from a traumatic event. In your case it is 'betrayal', hence the prescription by Dr. Saini of Hyoscyamus.

Dr.sameer,,I'm a Soft/Tender nature person,soft spoken ,with deep emotions/oversensitive ,don't talk too much ,easily hurt by unpleasant events

I just commented to outline the correct way to take the remedies, and that holds regardless of which remedy you take. I have no problems about either of the remedy choices.
1 dose = 2 pellets dissolved on the tongue and maximum of 3 doses (even one is fine).

In the Mind section of complete repertory please read the 'AILMENTS FROM' section thoroughly before deciding to take any remedy, since you seem to be well conversant with Homeopathy.Staph is a person who feels as a 'door mat' and is filled with rage though behaves as 'yes man' to his tormentor outwardly.Hyos suggested by me captures your centrally disturbed mental state due to the sickness.
