Pimple on 3 year old

I have a 3 year old son, I brought him to daycare last Friday morning and when I picked him up at the end of the day he had a huge pimple on his chin. It was popped accidentally and puss came out. Since then the wound is still open, has gotten bigger and has not healed. Is this a skin infection? or should I just wait it out. It doesn't look like it is getting better. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I should do?

pls try to give weekly one dose of calc sulph 200 for four sunday (every sunday morning i.e. 4 doses.. )
