The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I am new to homepathy and I would really appreciate some help from the gurus for my problem.
I am a 45 year female and I have suffered from Hypothryroidism for 25 years I take 100mircograms eutirox daily.
My recent blood work was the following:
FT3 0.25
FT4 1.35
TSH 0.695
The medication according to my doctor is the correct dose however I do not feel well.
I have brain fog and constantly forget things and have difficulty in following conversation due to lack of concentration.
During the summer months I have itchy skin mainly on right arm this disappears with the cold weather and is replaced by memory loss and a general feeling of tiredness which occurs late in the afternoon.
I also suffer from gum disease
I consider myself to be of nervous disposition, I stress easily and can get irritable often
I am pysically active and run 6k daily I find activity and being outdoors help my my wellbeing.
I am a bit compulsive like to be organised and am always cleaning and tidying up.
I have a fair clear skin green eyes and am 1.65m tall 57 kilos I am thin to normal build but muscular.
I hope I have included enough information.
Please advise as to what remedy I need to take.
Many thanks in advance
