4 yr old, autismHi, My son, just turned 4 has been diagnosed with ASD. He is thin, big eyes, big eye lashes, fine hair, good height. His speech is not coming, we have to ask him to speak. He has had constipation since he was 18 months old. He likes songs/music. He is also repetitive in his actions. Likes to remain isolated in a group. Grinds his teeth in sleep. Sometimes yells for no reason. Very stubborn.
We had been working with a homeopath in India. He prescribed :
Barayta Carb 1M once a week
Ginko biloba(10 drops 2 times a day)
He has been on these remedies for almost 1 year. No significant improvement.
Recently our dietitian ran a heavy metal test and found that he has more aluminium and manganese in his body. We spoke to the homeopath and he asked us to give him ALUMINA, which sort of fixed his constipation. He has been on alumina for 15 days.
He used crave sugar a lot and was always looking for candies/ chocalates or sugary items at home/stores/freind's place/etc. He had been off of sugar from last 4 months. He also is taking probiotics as suggested by his dietitian. He doesn't crave for sugar anymore.
I had been looking at other posts related to autism and found that someone mentioned about CANNIBIS INDICA remedy. Is that right for him?
Any help/advise or other remedies that might help will be highly appreciated.

You homeopath is not prescribing correctly. These medicines never need to be repeated for long periods.
If you are willing to wait for a few days, I will take this up.

Thanks for replying. I will wait. Please let me know how we proceed further.
FYI, we recently sent test samples to get him tested for organic acid, Gluten/Casein Peptide and Porphyrins(All Urine) and awaiting the results. This was based on some recent findings where autistic kids have found to have Candida/Leaky Gut/Toxins.
