I am a student of homoeopathy, so definitely am not replying in any greter capacity. If Causticum and Lycopodium have not worked, why not try baryta carb, mercury and/or silica.
One thing I do know from my own earlier experiences with a bedwetting child is that waking them up at 11 pm (or any time after they're asleep) will prolong the bedwetting as you're reinforcing the habit of them having to go to the toilet in their sleep.
Good luck.
