Recurring Middle Ear infection.

4 1/2year playful child no health issue. He has recurring Middle Ear infection the antibiotics clear the infection but the clear fluid in the right ear does not go away. No problem with the left ear. As per the doctor permanent way to cure this is to put ear tubes and remove adenoids.

What medicines would dry the fluid in the right ear?

Desperately trying to avoid ear tubes

For the recent CEFZIL was given to overcome ear infection. But every time the child gets cold it eventually turns into a ear infection. There has been no significant illness to mention. The ear infection has been an issue since 2yrs of age. Child has no health issues
