Help for anxietyHi there, I was wondering if someone could help me? I have just started taking Kali Phos for anxiety, and I feel worse - is this normal? I was thinking that maybe i am taking the wrong remedy. These are my details:
I am a 35yr-old woman.
Light brown hair, greeny yellow eyes, freckles, fair to medium skin..
107lbs, always been slim, lose weight quickly with anxiety, difficulty gaining weight.
Live in Scotland.
I hate the cold and always have cold hands.
Enlarged tongue with teeth marks.
Prefer salty to sweet.
I live by myself, but feel very lonely.
I work in a creative field.
I have one bowel motion a day.
My periods are regular but short.
Emotionally I am very sensitive, crave affection and reassurance, get tearful easily, feel jealous of friends who are doing 'better' than me, not good with criticism. I have difficulty forming intimate relationships. I am kind, caring, warm-hearted and compassionate. Racing, obsessive thinking.
For the last 15 years I have suffered with recurring flu-like periods of nervous fatigue. I suffered five months of acute insomnia which tipped me over into an anxiety disorder and I suffered a nervous breakdown last year. Tense muscles, sore neck and shoulders.
Anxiety worse in the morning, easier by the evening. General nervousness all the time.
Any help would be REALLY appreciated. Thank you.

Please take one dose of Argentum-phosphoricum-200 on a single day. Please do not repeat the remedy.report after 10 days. Please stop kali phos as it is indicated in case of depression for those who are ordinary workers and are not at all creative. you are a creative person so you need the medicines as suggested above.
