Help with AnxietyI have had anxiety on and off for about six month. It seemed under control and would only be uncomfortable for the short time it lasted. It has now gotten alittle worse. I get the anxiety while driving and the anxiety is lasting for days on and off. I get palpatations, feel jittery in my legs, sometimes nausea, worry something is going to happen to me. This is on an off all day for the last 4 days. I am in good health, any idea besides exercising how I can stop this feeling.
