Green StoolMy son came home from college and has been complaining of stomach aches at school and one day was followed by neon green stool. What could have caused this. He did not eat any greens, candy or sweets, nothing with food coloring.

Food color does not determine color of stool. Color of stool is the result of secretion of enzymes in the digestive tract.
