This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Podophyllum 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please see how he responds to podophyllum. We will also take other issues after this acute episode.

If he has tested positive for celiac disease it's not just wheat he has to avoid its ANYTHING with gluten in. Depends how severe they are with it but my friends daughter is so bad she cannot put her daughters bread in the same toaster that normal bread has been in but it does depend on the severity. In the UK we get food to feed celiacs on prescription it is a very strict no gluten diet.
I wish you luck
