Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly preferably in a garden early in the morning.

Swami Ramdev's CDs on pranayam are available at many places and also at some websites. If you could do these breathing exercises for 30 minutes daily, it will help you a lot. Ujjayi Pranayam is a specific remedy for thyroid problems. But very few people do it methodically.

you may continue with your allopathic medication.

Homeopathic remedies work in a different way than allopathic medicines. Allopathic medicines interfere directly with the bio-chemistry of body. Homoepathic medicines arouse the vital force. This vital force is capabale of effecting any changes at physical and mental levels.
Homeo remedies are selected on the basis of totality of symptoms. Your totality of symptoms is covered by two remedies. So we will start the treatment with nux and take it further with sepia. Two bach flower remedies that are indicated by your mental state also form part of our treatment plan.
You should observe the changes taking place in your body and mind in the next 15 days and report your observations here. This you can do by submitting your answers to the questions as you have done earlier. Depending on your response we will take future decisions like phasing out the allopathic medicines etc. In my opinion breathing exercises will be of immense help to you.
