He does sometimes get sweaty on head, normally while nursing. Didn't know if that was just our body heat or what? He drinks plenty -- both breastmil and formula, He drinks an average of 6 oz each feeding.

U have mentioned that he sweats on head while nursing but what about while sleeping .

How is his stamina , does he tire easily .

Anything u observe in him which u find at variance with babies of his age .

Any unusual smells

Any foot or hand sweats

Coldness of hand or foot

vikas_grower last decade
No, i think his stamina is normal and only sweats while eating. His toes sometimes smell like vinager (vinegar toes), but I just thought it was a boy thing. Not stinky, but have a boy smell ;-)

vikas_grower last decade

Please get Calc Carb 6c in pellets or liquid form , if in india buy Dr Reckeweg brand .

once u get please inform , do not give the baby any medicine on your own .

As a additional measure let me tell you a very effective method that we practice in india for ear infections in babies and kids and adults .

Take 2 teaspoons of mustard oil in a small stainless steel bowl ,take a garlic bulb , pull out two small cloves from it , peel the skin and put them in steel bowl containing the two teaspoons of mustard oil .

Heat the bowl on stove till the garlic cloves turn to blacken .

Remove from the heat and now the oil can be used as eardrops for the baby .this is effective because garlic is a natural antibiotic .

Also always keep mother tincture of Ocimum Sanctum and during cold season administer him two drops of that in half cup of water every day .

I was just realizing something. Evertime we pick him up during the night he is sweating. Is this affecting his sleep?

ayvettem last decade
Well i had been asking this question from beginning .

please carefully tell which part he sweats the most

vikas_grower last decade
since he sleeps on his back -- its usually his back and head.

Thank you so much for your wonderful advice. I'm excited to start him on everything you recommended. I read up online about both Calcarea Carb 6c and mother tincture of Ocimum Sanctum and they both sound wonderful. Thank you again -- I look forward to reporting great results.

How much Calcarea Carb 6c do we give him and how often? I bought tablets today, but was not sure of dosage.

What is the brand of the medicine ?

Dissolve only one pellet/pill/tablet in 500 ml of spring water .

Allow it to dissolve on its own which takes some time .After dissoluion stir gently

From that give him one teaspoon only and no more repetition .

Throw away rest of the medicated spring water.

please ensure that he gets no feed 30 mins before and after the medicine .

We then wait for one month .

To repeat again just one teaspoon and no repetition till a month.
