My Eczema getting worst, Please help

Hi,
I am a female, 38 years old, about almost a month ago, I have intensive itchy on my legs, I scratched it, until it bleeding, then that area getting bigger, red, and have golden discharge came out of it.
Then I have more and more itchy areas, first on my legs and then they come up on to my upper body, now they are on my arms, and hands. Originally they look like a pimple, but very itchy, when I scratch them, the skin open, and some discharge come out, then they have a thicker, brown skin form over that area, but still very itchy, and getting bigger. If I take of that thick, brown skin, I see red, a little swollen, golden discharge, and many little holes underneath of the skin.
They are now all over my legs, my arms, and my hands. On my hands, they form around my figures, and corner of my nails, they are clear, with water inside and very itchy, when they are opened the skin dry out, look so bad, and itchy.
The itchy symptom getting worse at night, and I feel better if apply warm to those areas.
My Health history:
I have seasonal allergy (I took a test about 10 years ago, I almost allergic with everything: pollen, cat…)
I use to have a good high blood pressure, until recently. Last week my doctor alerted me that I have a 148/98 high blood pressure
I guessed it came because about 18 months ago, I came to know my son is autistic (then he was18 months old). I was collapsed, angry, sad, and could not take that news.
I am under a lot of stresses since then, could not sleep.
Now come my eczema. I went to my doctor, and he gave cortisone, Claritin. But they are not help. Those itchy areas are getting bigger and itchier, and coming more and more in new areas.
Please help me, what should I do now?
