5 months old baby severe eczema
Hi, my 5 months old baby has severe eczema on his whole body. It started as red rash on his cheeks about a week after his first (six weeks) vaccination. He wasn't able to sleep more than 1 hour since he was born and would wakeup frequently before going back to sleep. He is very itchy and his skin starts oozing clear discharge upon itching. He is exclusively breastfeeding now but we tried a formula for about 1 and half months only as a topup at night when he was about 2 months old. The GP thinks it is cow's milk allergy but his mother has been dairy free, soy free, nut free for about two months and we haven't seen any improvement. His eczema becomes suddenly worse sometimes. Its all over his body - face, back of arms, back of legs, recently developed rash on his front and back. He hasn't got any eczema on typical spots though as folds of skin. It is basically wherever the skin touches something. We have been tieing his hands for about 2 months now otherwise he won't stop scratching his face and eyes which would then start discharging clear fluid. We have tried all the creams but nothing works. We are really worried about his wellbeing and his development as we are not able to let him loose. He is gaining weight, height, head fine. Sulphur 30 one pellet early morning empty stomach.
Day 3 onwards
One pellet Thuja 30 ones a day.For 2 days .
Kali Mur 6x,Nat Sulph 6x one tab of each three times a day from day 1.
Feedback on day 5.
Local application in homeopathy is not allowed for treating skin ailments..

To add few more things. He cries a lot and has always been unless you hold him or nurse. Sometimes he throws more than other days but he is a happy chucker, no sign of reflux. His poop is watery and often greenish. We haven't seen a solidish poop for over two months. He keeps pooping, sometimes 4-5 times in a very tiny amounts (one fourth of a teaspoon) everyday. He also had one course of antibiotics as GP thought his skin might have been infected, that was about 2 months ago. In fact, the front and back rash seems to have appeared a week after the antibiotic course finished. His mother has sneezing problem and would start sneezing suddenly. We first thought it was dust allergy as it happens all over the year but now we think there is another reason like change in room or environment suddenly. Please let me know if I can still start with the remedy you recommended or need to change. Thanks.

As per your statement it was due to vaccination.Now you state due to antibiotics,with every new statement you make the remedy will change.If there are more symptoms you have observed kindly pen them down.
Sending new symptoms every now and then will not help in selecting the right remedy.

Sorry for the confusion. He has three vaccinations so far - at 6 weeks, at 3 months, and at 5 months. The first time we noticed some red rash on his cheeks was about 7-10 days after his first vaccination. This turned into eczema soon after and spread on his arms and legs as well as face. The antibiotic was given around 1st March when we went without applying steriod cream for about a month and he developed too many thick crusts on his face and shoulders. What I meant by red rash on his front and back is that he had eczema on his other parts but his front and back only had few red dots. This developed into front and back rash a week after we finished taking antibiotic and is now slowly getting worse.
Although it appears like it all started after his first vaccination, we believe that he always had some irritation since he was born, before the vaccination, because he wasn't able to sleep for more than an hour, used to move his legs/arms, and used to cry even then. May be the condition was silent and got triggered with vaccination but we are not sure. Thanks.
