You may give her mercurius sol 30c at a gap of every three hours until you see improvement. If it does'nt give any results within 2-3 days you should start arsenic alb 30c every 3 hour.

One characteristic of lupus is that it does occur in 'episodes'. It appears to go into remission and then returns. That is, using conventional methods which do nothing to cure but only to suppress.
Exactly what are you feeding your dog? Certain foods can trigger lupus.
Various holistic research has indicated that systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) which is the form of lupus your dog appears to have(from your description),can be easily remedied with 'high amounts of Vitamin A, mineral salts, and natural carbohydrates (along with eliminating trigger foods from the diet). Carrot juice is a readily available source of all three elements.
Because Vitamin A stores in the liver it is possible to overdose on it by taking it in other forms but not with carrot juice.
Mix it with liquid chlorophyll - one to two tablespoons of chlorophyll for every one-half cup of fresh carrot juice given. Some dogs will easily, unassisted, drink up to several pints a day.Start with several tablespoons and work up from there.
Fasting(yes, fasting) and giving only juices hastens the curative process.Giving other food only delays the assimilation of the juices and their ability to work quickly.Remember, fasting is not starving. Carrot juice is packed with nutrition and adding chlorophyll makes it doubly so.
Giving at least one-half cup of fresh juices from other vegetables(no onion)a day
in addition to the carrot juice during this time helps to keep the body functioning at an optimum level.
Once again, strongly consider acupuncture treatments for your dog in order to get a handle on the situation quickly. Acupuncture will dampen the over-active immune system starting from the first treatment and once that happens the symptoms will begin to abate. Carrot juice/chlorophyll will assist the process of eliminating lupus from the body, the other items mentioned above and in previous posts will also work to assist the healing process.
There is no need to put your dog down. Other pets have been permanently cured of lupus, why not yours?
