Sinus problem

I have been suffering from sinus for over a year. I have consulted a homeopathy doctor and he has prescribed Hepar S30, Psor 200 & sepia 30. In spite of having these medications, I am still suffering from nose block, breathing difficulty and no sense of tase. Can anyone suggest any alternatives? Should I avoid any time of food?
