Sleep probs.
I am in my late forties and i work permanent night shift. I have been prescribed coversyl plus for raised B>P> and since have not been able to sleep well during the day. i.e. dreaming flat out, and restless. Could you recommend something to help me get a good? days sleep.Cheers Stewart.

Dear Stewart,
Please take COCCULUS INDC. 30C four times a day.
Start one dose just one hour before your shift ends. Next one just before hitting the bed.
The other two in the evening in a gap of 3/4 hours.
Don't forget to post feed back if this benefits you......don't sleep it out please !
