Sleep problems

I have been having sleep problems for a little while now. When I sleep it seems that I am contineously dreaming and am mostly waking up in night. In the morning I am not refreshed and feel like sleeping again during day time. Also at night I breath heavily, I do not stop breathing but its heavy breathing. Seems like my breathing is obstructed a bit.

I also have allergy and it gets worse in spring (I am allergic to pollen, dust etc) and when I sleep it seems my one of nostril is blocked and I am only breathing from one side. I have tried Nux vomica but no benefit. Is there anything that I can take to improve my night time breathing, improve body oxygen levels and maybe my allergy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The most likely to study would be Carbo-veg/lycopod/sulphur.
But one suspects that a more detailed case would need to be taken.

I was thinking it could be due to allergy that may be causing blocked breathing. What can be taken for allergy, itching eyes, blocked nose at night and constant need to clear throat.
