OCD and Acne. Please help me!!
Hello,I am a 25 year old female and I am suffering from acne. The acne is only around my chin and cheeks - no where else. I know that I have a Compulsive Disorder, because I pick open the acne every night, even thought I shouldn't and I don't want to. I just can't stop. I feel helpless, please help me! I have had the acne for almost one year.

Thank you Dr. Sharma, I so much appreciate your response, and I will take one does of Syphylinum.
I should also mention that I am scared of being alone at night, and I think that I pick my skin subconsciously to be self destructive, I can't control myself! I just Googled Syphylinum, and based on the description, it seems to by my type.
