Hemerrhoids + OCD
I recently posted something with which nux vom helped tremendously, so thank you for suggesting it. Now my main problems are my external hemerrhoids. I dont take a long time to use the bathroom, I eat a good amount of fiber and drink lots of water. I also soak in the tub for ten minutes a day but for some reason, they arent shrinking. This is accompanied by a lot of mental distress I have regarding my OCD. I repeatedly wipe myself to ensure I am clean. Because of my hemerrhoids, I always doubt that a bath and shower are enough to be properly clean and I have great fears about being unhygenic. Its a compulsion Im trying to work on but as of right now, I cant help but check every time I feel air in the area or anything else. After a bath, I wipe multiple times to make sure my private regions are completely clean.

Hi Anuj, thank you for your feedback. unfortunately, Ive experienced some adverse reactions to sulphur in the past and am quite hesitant to try it once again. Is there anything else I might take?
