fistula

I had a fissure surgery in February 2009. I developed an abscess in the left buttock. I was hospitilized again in March to drain the pus out. The doctor made a slit in my lower buttock and left it open for all the pus to drain out completely. A lot of pus was removed nearly 200 cc. Now though the gap has healed, their is still pus formation and drainage for a tiny hole which is luckily open. I am hoping homeopathy will solve my problem and avoid further surgery. DOES HOMEOPATHY HELP??
