chronic hemorrhoids

Hi! I have been suffering with bleeding and painful hemorrhoids/ fissure for a year now. HEre are my symptoms:

+dry point of stool for an inch and a half upon evacuating which turn into soft stools- very painful, sharp, dry, abrasive.
+Eat a vegan/ raw diet which gives some comfort. Cannot tolerate any cooked foods as stool are very hard, especially not meat/fish protein.
+sharp knife like pain upon defecation as stool moves through- from two or three points in rectum.
+veins throb after bowel movement
sharp, sore pains after movement.
+Emotionally feel drained weak from condition, helpless, hopeless, sad, embarrassed/ashamed. no confidence. Fear of going to the bathroom now.
+medical dr. Had injected hemorrhoids with phenol which made pain worse and they did not shrink- removed small polyps.
+have tried everything from homeopathics to herbs. Nothing works.
+fasted for 14 days on juice and could feel it healing, however when had first bowel movement, despite eating fruits only for first two days stool was so hard dry, and large, that it was aggravated all over again.

I don't know what to do. Can anyone help? I can't live like this

Thank you so much! I read on someone else's post that ratanhia might be good for the searing pain. do you think it is worth try ing that as well?
Thanks so much!

No doubt Ratanhia and others are good medicines but for the combination of symptoms Lycopodium is better.

Hi sajjad
so far stools are much softer and smaller- thank you. Pain is still there when i go to the bathroom and the medicine does seem to make me quite tired...but the bathroom is much more tolerable
One symptom i have had, the last couple of days, i do not know if this is connected. I have a pain in my heart area. it comes and goes, feels like a dull ache. (I am also taking a t3 supplement for thyroid) and I have low blood pressure.

Hi, turns out stools are still just as hard on the way out and still excruciatingly painful. It has been over a week. There were only two days of comfort.
please note. I have low cortisol and low blood pressure.
I have been waking up at 5am and going to sleep at 10 or 11pm. Unable to sleep in the mornings
